About Make Your Difference

Hi, I’m Jay’la Manor, founder of Make Your Difference. Giving back has always been close to my heart, and over time, that passion has grown into a deeper purpose: creating meaningful change and encouraging others to do the same.

I created Make Your Difference to inspire people to recognize the impact they can have through service, compassion, and action. Through community initiatives and outreach events my goal is to uplift communities and create opportunities that make a lasting difference.

To me, Make Your Difference is more than a mission; it’s hope. I want to create a space where people feel empowered to use their gifts, discover their voice, and become a pillar for change. I believe we all have something valuable to contribute, and even the smallest act can create a ripple effect far greater than we imagine.

My hope is that Make Your Difference reminds people to take care of themselves, their community and the world around them. Change is possible when they do not give up.

Faith is the foundation of how we serve. Inspired by Galatians 6:9, we believe in continuing to do good even when the impact is not immediate. We trust that consistent acts of service, compassion, and purpose can create meaningful change over time.
Impact starts with doing what is right, even when no one is watching. Integrity shapes how we lead, how we serve, and how we build trust within every community we touch.
